Madeleine BIGOT (French, middle 20th century)
Madeleine BIGOT was a model for fashion designers such as Cardin, Lanvin, Ted Lapidus… in the late 1970s and early 1980s. She worked for the fashions weeks in Paris and London.
Originally from the department of Deux Sévres, she lived in Ranton (West of France). Poorly married, she was was the mistress of the Marquis Jean de Laurière, of whom she had a son. This child will not be recognized by his father until his majority. In the meantime, he lived with a new mistress until his death in 2009 leaving a legacy estimated at several million euros. Madeleine BIGOT beat for her son inherits a part of the fortune. Living in precariousness, with 500 € (from pension of reversion of her former husband), she thought that her son would be generous with her. unfortunately he cut the bridges with his mother. Although pretty, it is mainly for these cases of justice that madeleine BIGOT marked the annals.
