Ladies wristwatch, which can be worn as a bracelet, made of silvered steel base with five main panels decorated with filigree ornaments. The central section pops open to reveal a hand-winding 17 jewel mechanical watch movement.Filigree is the art of embroidery with metal thread (cutting, twisting, shaping, and soldering metal threads to make jewellery). Different gauge metal wire is twisted and made into a frame, and this frame is later on filled with other thinner twisted, shaped metal threads to design the form.
