Description
Evening gown of New Look silhouette, made of black tulle entirely embellished with small round rhinestones and stars forming a dotted pattern. The heart shaped bodice is sleeveless, and decorated on the decollete with sequin embroidery forming white moon crescents on the top rising from graduated ivory and golden waves. Closes at the back with a zipper.
The same dress was once worn by Billie HOLIDAY (born Eleanora FAGAN; 1915 – 1959), an American jazz and swing music singer.
