Original ink and watercolour sketch numbered 227, representing a model "En avant" of the House of Nina Ricci. The drawing shows a woman in a black coat, below the knee length, with an imposing square fur collar and cone shaped fur cuffs of the long sleeves. The bodice part is decorated with three horizontal decorative stripes on two buttons, reminding a hussar type jacket. The waistline is accentuated with a geometric draping from both sides of the hips. On the left, there is a small sketch representing the back of the coat in white ink.Materials
