Description
A floor-length emerald green silk velour dress with bias-cut skirt and long sleeves gathered in folds by the shoulders and tapered to the wrists. A fitted bodice has a tick-shaped neckline with two princess seams that run from the neckline to the hip, the draperies by the chestline and the hipline from the undercuts to the side seams. It's most likely made by a housewife or a seamstress.
