Description
A paper photograph depicting a scene from the film "Myra Breckinridge" with Mae WEST as Leticia Van Allen opposite John HUSTON playing Buck Loner in a lavishly decorated room in front of a large vanity. Mae WEST is dressed in a white floor-length A-line dress with a plunging collared neckline, padded shoulders, and three fermeture passementerie button closures. Atop her head is a juju hat of white feathers with the matching boa fixed on the back of the vanity chair. John HUSTON is wearing a suit adorned with a western-style belt and belt buckle with matching ornamentation as his dark cowboy boots. His shoes have deep scallops, president-style collars, light medallions on the shaft, and Las Vegas style wingtips. He has on a light dress shirt, suit jacket, and neck scarf bowtie. In his hand is a large pale cowboy hat.The film was directed by Mike SARNE with costume design by Theadora Van RUNKLE.
