Description
Openwork garment applique of geometric shape, supposed to decorate a waistline or a headband, made of five parts: a long rectangle in the center, two smaller rectangles on each side, and two pentagons closing the sides. Embroidered with transparent glass beads, small round pearl beads and long bugle beads. Round faceted rhinestones are forming stylized flowers on the top and bottom of three central parts and on the inside of the side parts with large round pearl bead centers. It was made by a Russian émigré in Constantinople.
