A Paquin black velvet evening cape from the winter 1924/25 collection, sleeveless, with a rectangular yoke with rounded corners, puffed drapery at the corners forms the shoulders, a hooded black velvet collar adorned with a wide double brown sable edging, the forefronts are lined with stripes of gold lamé, has a single button closure at the collar, the back with lower skirt panel embroidered with smocked roundels, lined with black silk satin.Materials
