Cocktail dress

An ankle-length black wool crepe cocktail godet dress with gilt acorn-shaped buttons, collarless, with a crew neckline, padded shoulders, long set-in sleeves with high cuffs; it's fitted with princess seams, having two on each side of a nine-snap closure, which is hidden under a row of gilded brass acorn-shaped false buttons, the cuffs closed with single same each; lined with black viscose silk. 

Louis Féraud fashion house originally partnered with the German manufacturer Fink in 1970 to produce ready-to-wear lines, and continued the partnership after the unification of Germany, only the inscription on the label changed from "Made in W. Germany" to "Made in Germany".
