Description
Art Nouveau drawing by Georges Lepape inspired by the works done by Leon Bakst in the Russian Ballet of Diaghilev which he called "Les choses de Paul Poiret". The image shows a servant bowing before his mistress, which corresponds to the orientalist influence in Art Nouveau as well as a demonstration of rescuing exotic elements with aspects of African or Asian design in Europe.
