Fontange shape fan with leaf made of silk and 16 ivory sticks decorated with openwork dot and round steel nail curved design. The leaf is hand painted with gouache with a central figure design depicting two women dressed in Ancient Greek clothes represented on a background of flower bushes. Embellished with steel sequins, and the other side is handpainted with three groups of tiny flowers. The top was previosly adorned with white feathers.Materials
