Description
Silver-plated posy holder with a basket entirely made up of openwork silver with flower design. The floral pin chain and the holding ring chain are attached to the bottom of the basket. The leg is scroll shaped, in solid silver with engraved and embossed vegetal pattern. 

Posy holders are also referred to as a tussie mussie, bouquet holder or porte bouquet.
