Description
Posy holder with mother of pearl handle. The upper basket part of this piece is composed of an openwork brass in the shape of a tulip with engraved vegetal ornament. The floral pin chain and the holding ring chain are attached to the bottom of the basket. 

Posy holders are also referred to as a tussie mussie, bouquet holder or porte bouquet.
