Painted leaf fan with 18 ivory sticks, carved and inlaid with siver inserts forming vertical stripes and flowers. The first and the last sticks are embellished with openwork motifs with female caracters. The main side is in paper with handpainted scene, representing two lovers: a noble woman and a man in the center on the background of rustic landscape with a village house, a lake with a man in a boat on the right, and a servant woman holding a pitcher on her head. All framed with multicolour handpainted floral frame with gilding. On the other side, there is a landscape with a man in front of a tower in the center.Materials
