Description
Long modernist necklace in copper, nickel and zinc alloy called Maillechort. It is composed of a choker, to which is suspended three rows formed by an alternating disc in the shape of a daisy flower and six flat pendants of biconcave shape.

Maillechort is an alloy of copper with nickel and often zinc, sometimes lead also called Nickel-silver because of its silver appearance, even if it does not contain elementary silver (unless the jewelry is then plated silver). It is appreciated for its silver aspect or its metallic white reflection which will know a great success in the fashion movement of the 60s "Space Age Fashion"
