Fan with leaf made of paper and 22 ivory sticks, openwork, carved and handpainted with rococco floral design framing male and female caracters on mother of pearl background. The leaf is hand painted with gouache with a mythological scene, representing two soldiers in front of a woman in Antique Greek clothes holding a bow. The sides are handpainted with golden frame of scrolled motifs and multicolour flowers, the same floral decoration on the other side.Materials
