Small dance card notebook with a cover in tortoiseshell inlaid on the front with a silver scrolled floral frame with empty medallions to inscribe a monogram. The spin is in blue velvet, contains a paper notebook inside, lined with blue silk, with an engraving on the first page representing a woman and a man surmounted with a title "Souvenir".
