Description
Eighteenth century inspired page boy's four piece costume for "The Sleeping Princess" ballet, a re-edition of the "Sleeping Beauty" ballet, staged by Serge DIAGHILEV's Ballets Russes. The suit, made of green satin with alternating gold tissue and gold brocade on the jacket, as well as green cuffs with light green silk ribbons and rosettes sewn on. Shirt is white, button up with a ruffle collar sewn on the back of the shirt collar. Matching knee length breeches with blue silk ribbons adorning the hem and waist of the shorts, and are held up by light blue elastic suspenders with brass clasps.
