Description
Eighteenth century inspired men's costume, made of a blouse and a coat, for the role of the Lackey in "The Sleeping Princess" ballet, a re-edition of the "Sleeping Beauty" ballet, staged by Serge DIAGHILEV's Ballets Russes. The shirt is a white button up with a shallow collar and ruffles sewn onto the back of the collar. The coat is made of green/blue velvet with gold satin edging along the opening of the coat with gold braid and studs detailing the fabric. There are wide navy silk cuffs with large embroided gold and silver floral motifs along the edges and the arms.
