Description
An asymmetrical black felt toque hat in 1930s Balenciaga style, with a turn-up (which is fastened to the front crown with a snap) and a crown itself raised high at front, forming a crest above the forehead, decorated with two tassels of black silk cordonette, secured on the right side by two silver brooches with rhinestones.
