Half painted portrait representing a young woman wearing a dark brown colored dress and surrounded by a golden brass rectangular shape buckle. She is wearing a large and spectacular lace hat with a floral pattern and dotted with fresh flowers letting seeing curly hair framing her face. On her shoulders, she wears a white lace fichu with satin stitch embroideries, retained at the bodice by a cameo. She holds in her hand what seems to be a fan (The fact that the fan and the hand were cut suggests that the painting had to be larger and later cut to fit into the golden frame).Materials
